We begin each project with a discovery phase. At this stage we talk to the founders, directors, staff and customers to get a real insight into who you are and what you stand for.
We also carry out market research, auditing your existing and competitor communications to see what you are doing well and what we can learn from your competitors.
During the discovery phase, we really begin to understand the problem we need to solve and by looking beneath the surface, we uncover the true strengths of the business, which gives us a solid basis to define the unique selling points.
After we have gained a full understanding, we create the communication strategy which includes the values, tone of voice, unique selling points and the brand manifesto.
With these key elements in place, we go on to create logo systems, colour palettes and project specific design elements.
We also select image styles and fonts to match the overall look, feel and personality of the company.
Once you have considered and selected the options, we go on to produce a full set of brand guidelines.
With your new brand in place, it’s time to use it in the real world so your customers can see how great you are.
The first step is to create your website. A fast, well designed website is an extremely powerful sales tool. Because it acts as the hub of your online brand presence, it will improve the efficiency of all your marketing. We can create a template based website using WordPress, Shopify or something similar. Or if you need something more bespoke, we can design and build a completely custom website for you.
